I had a small video I wanted to upload but wasn't sure if it was possible?

Yes you can upload .MP4 videos up to 100mb. When you create a post click the Upload Attachments button. Then choose your file and upload it. Then it will show up as an attachment.
Click on the insert link above the video name to insert it in your post.
