Where are good places to meet Tgirls?

It doesn't seem like many cities have dedicated tranny clubs. Where do tgirls hang out in places they don't have clubs like this. My city is smaller and has no bars like this. I have been to a couple gay bars but only saw the odd drag queen. Is there special nights to go or do they hang out somewhere else? I saw one at a dance club one time but it doesn't seem common.
