Do you pay escorts before or after?

In the old days it seemed it was easier to pay escorts after you got the service but these days they all want the money up front. Some even want deposits before you get there and you have to send some quid by paypal or something.
Do you guys pay before or after?

I like to pay first and make sure. Sometimes they like to change things after it happens. Charge you for extras and such. Maybe a tip after for very good service.

I find when I go to Thailand it is more often I can pay at the end. Many in Thailand really believe in good service and often you can pay after for many services including ladyboys. It shows a lot of confidence in their service when they do this.
Most other places they want the money in advance. Of course if you are a regular or VIP they may defer until after.
